Social5 has seen significant growth on LinkedIn through a lead-generation package known as GetLinked. This tool will provide you with powerful data for communicating the value of our LinkedIn products.


FIRST, log into our LinkedIn Connection Building technology. The technology is called ConnectYou. You will find login credentials in account 70023.


As you consider success stories, please note that our LinkedIn team is communicating with clients on a weekly basis on leads. Your role would be to provide a broader perspective of performance. You will not be delivering leads, but highlighting other important data. 


When you log into LinkedIn, you will see the following dashboard. You will rarely need to drill any deeper into this tool. The most useful data comes by toggling to the monthly reports by clicking on the link at the top of the page.



You will now see the following report. Let me define the terms of this report:


Profile Views: How many LinkedIn profiles of prospects that our team is viewing each month.

Follows: How many LinkedIn profiles of prospects that our team is following each month.

Message: How many messages our team sent to prospects during the month.

Connection Requests: How many connection requests our team sent to prospects.

Requests Accepted: How many of those connection requests were accepted, giving us access to all their contact information.

Invitation Replies: How many prospects sent us a message immediately after accepting the connection request.




So if you were viewing this data, you may take a screenshot and send them a message like this . . .

     On the business side of things, I know that our LinkedIn team is reaching out regularly with leads, but I wanted to share some high-level data that came across my desk today.    During the month of March, our team was able to send out connection requests to 656 people. We had 20% of those people (131) accept the request. That's a strong conversion rate. Our team then engaged in 113 conversations to see if we could send some sales opportunities your way.


    Anyway, I just wanted you to see the numbers. Amazing stuff. If you ever need the contact information of the people who have accepted those connection requests, just let me know. We are databasing all of that information so you can use it for marketing in the future. Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you.
