Let's start with Facebook analytics, which will appear immediately after the executive summary. Here's how to update the information:
Summary Paragraph: Wait until all widgets are updated before completing this section. In this paragraph, you will highlight 1-2 data points that would be worth bringing to the customer's attention. These highlights are meant to provide insights, build excitement or increase credibility in our expertise. Negative highlights are appropriate, but should be accompanied by information on how the numbers will improve. Highlights may include any of the following, or others at your discretion:

In today's digital marketplace, the average consumer needs to be reached 7-12 times before interacting with the brand. [See reach and impressions widgets for data.]
- You saw an increase in social media engagement this month. The number of engaged users rose by XX percent. We tracked likes, clicks, comments and shares by XXX people during the past 30 days. [See engaged users for data.]

Facebook Widgets: Now review each of the widgets to make sure the data range is accurate. You'll see the date range above the graph. It should reflect the previous month, compared to the month before.
If the date range is in accurate, you can modify the range by hovering over the widget and clicking on the wrench icon shown below.
Select "Date Range" and choose the timeframe you would like reflected in the report. If you choose "Automatic," it will pull data based on whatever time period you have selected for the overall report. Once you have determined the date range, click "Save Settings."
Facebook KPIs: These are the individual numbers you see below. Each box is managed separately. Make sure they all reflect the correct date range. If not, you will need to adjust the KPIs box-by-box by hovering over the data, clicking on the wrench and following the directions above.
Content Summary: No need to change out the text of this summary paragraph each month. Instead, just make sure the summary isn't out of date, perhaps with the mention of a previous month.
That will complete your review of the Facebook analytics section . . .
