This is the trickiest part of the report to write . . . at least for the first report. You can copy and paste the Projects & Next Steps section for all subsequent reports. The following information will guide you as you are completing this section.

Description Line: Make sure to read the first line under Projects & Next Steps. You will need to swap out the months. This line is easily overlooked.

[Month] Projects: The first portion of this section is detailing projects or developments that have taken place during the previous month. You will need to include 2-3 paragraphs for this section. Here are some ideas that could provide inspiration:

  • Analytical Review: Our team compiled and reviewed performance metrics for your campaign, with a detailed look at viewership, engagement, audience demographics and post activity. These data points have been incorporated into the strategy we are using today.

  • Content Preview: We published and monitored all social media content for your business through the preview app, available at social.bigleap.com/account. As a reminder, this app features a live content feed with 30 days of content in the queue at any time.

  • StoryBrand Modeling: We revisited the StoryBrand model in creating your content, making sure that we are effectively incorporating the principles of Donald Miller for producing meaningful content. These posts are being reviewed monthly for performance.

  • Social Monitoring: We actively monitored user engagement on your social media channels. Our team responded to comments, encouraged people to like your page and monitored messages. Our purpose is to make your page feel as dynamic and engaging as possible.

  • Market Intelligence: We monitored changes that are happening on social media that may affect your social channels, including the new Facebook Pages experience and developments in Instagram reels technology.

  • Graphical Design: We had our graphical design team put together a new round of content. If you would like any adjustments to the color palette, font selection or tone of imagery, please don't hesitate to reach out. We try to keep our designs fresh and current.

[Month] To-Do List: The second portion is to discuss project to come. Many of the items above could be incorporated into this list. Look for 2-3 paragraphs for this section. Here are some ideas that could provide inspiration.

  • Social Performance: Our team will be optimizing your content based on the analytical findings of this report. We strive to increase viewership, engagement and fan growth, as well as to provide your business with the highest-quality service.

  • Content Calendar: We have loaded your upcoming content into the preview app at social.bigleap.com/account. If you haven't reviewed that content, please do so. We will keep 30 days of content in the queue at all times, meaning that next month's content will start appearing soon.

  • Audience Engagement: We will be closely monitoring your social media channels to increase fan engagement. Not only will we respond to comments and messages, but we will send a request to anyone who likes or loves a post to join your page. We will notify you if there are any fan interactions that need your involvement.

  • Local Imagery: We would love to get some local photos from you to strengthen our content strategy. If you have photos of you, your business, your employees or your products, could you send them over? We would love to incorporate greater localization into your marketing campaign.

  • Content Design: Our writing and graphical design teams have already gone to work building out your content for the coming month. We will review our strategy, make sure it aligns with your brand and have it ready for your review. We will be evaluating your content based on best marketing practices and the StoryBrand methodology of Donald Miller.

  • Industry Monitoring: Changes are happening in the social media world that could affect businesses on social media. We will be monitoring social marketing feeds and news sources to make sure your marketing campaign remains aligned with industry best practices and individual social channel algorithms.

Hope that provides some inspiration. Go ahead and choose from this list, write your own, or do a combination of the two. Once you have that complete, the report will be done.
