Once the report is complete, click Share in the top right corner and select Online Report.



This will create a link that you can send directly to the customer service executive (CSE), who oversees the account.




To find the CSE associated with you business, go to the Social Media Clients Google Sheets. Here is the link:

Click on the account management tab to determine who should receive the report. Then go ahead and send this report through Freshdesk.
