To remove a backend user, you must have developer-level access to the Social5 backend. You will not be removing the user, but rather changing their password.

First, remove access to their Social5 email account.

Second, go to socialfive.net/user and scroll to the bottom of the screen.

Third, change your identity to the individual you would like to remove.

Fourth, click Change Password and add a new password to the account.

If you need a more permanent removal of a user, please contact Rich Christiansen or a Social5 developer to remove their login credentials from the database.

While signed in to your account (e.g. Jermiah’s account or Alix’s account), access the “Change Password” tool.

Then, read the field labels on the left carefully:

In words, instead of specifying the other user’s existing password, you’ll provide your current password. After that, you’ll provide the desired password (and confirmation) for the other user.

Does that make sense?
