Product execution is in a decent place, but there are three products that you should be aware of:
1. GET CONVERSIONS: This is a POWR product. Pluribus has asked that we sell and fulfill this product. Although we had initially pushed fulfillment to POWR, they were unable to interface with customers efficiently. Pluribus has instructed that the product be executed under our stewardship. This product may be changed or adjusted. But the rate card below shows how it is currently constituted. The plan for executing the product is as follows:
- Social5 will sell the service.
- Social conducts an onboarding call with Sophie BeBeau as the onboarding specialist.
- Sophie will talk with the customer about what apps to install on their site.
- Candace will acquire the customer's website login credentials and provide them to Sophie.
- Sophie will design and install the apps in collaboration with POWR. She will review them with the customer prior to pushing them live on the site.
- Sophie will receive a $100 payment for her role in installing the apps. She will then receive $30/month to maintain and refresh the apps on a monthly basis.
So that's the gist of it. Because the product is new, it may need to be changed or adapted.
2. PMI PRODUCTS: Property Management Inc. will be rolling out a relaunch of the Social5 products on May 15, 2023. We have redesigned the packages to accommodate their needs. These products have been simplified to increase customer satisfaction and reduce confusion about the purpose of our products. The new packages are attached this email. It will be important to focus attention on the fulfillment of these new products. Everything should be ready. But it would be worth your attention.
3. COACHABILITY MLM: This is an MLM-style product initiated by affiliate Janet Switzer. It is designed to provide life coaches with a website and social media strategy. Janet has arranged a partnership between Social5 and Big Red Jelly to make this happen. The program will go live in May with an automated signup process. I will provide details as we get closer. But Social5's responsibility will be to provide Facebook content, blogs and emails. The top-tier package will also include audience-building. The challenge will be ensuring that advertising is made aware of the top-tier package and that commissions are correctly attributed to Janet Switzer. I will work to get this on stable ground before I leave.
