ALL STAFF MEETING
Frequency: Twice Monthly
Time/Day: 9 a.m. MT on Monday
Duration: 30 minutes
Purpose: Team unity. This meeting is designed to celebrate successes, report company news and establish a vision/direction for where Social5 is heading in the weeks ahead.
INDIVIDUAL HUDDLES
Frequency: Twice Monthly
Time/Day: Variable
Duration: 30 minutes
Purpose: Provide support and encouragement for Social5 employees. These huddles are generally conducted with product/department leaders.
REVENUE RETENTION MEETING
Frequency: Weekly
Time/Day: 10:30 a.m. MT on Wednesday
Duration: 30 minutes
Purpose: This meeting includes advertising, content, sales, operations and customer relations leaders, plus Richard and Diane from corporate. The purpose is to evaluate customer retention, review accounts that may churn and develop a plan of action.
DEPARTMENT HEAD HUDDLE
Frequency: Weekly
Time/Day: 11 a.m. MT on Wednesday
Duration: 60 minutes
Purpose: Provide companywide information. Coordinate cross-departmental issues. Give department heads a forum for raising issues and concerns that are needed to keep the company moving forward smoothly. This meeting should include product leaders over advertising, content, email, graphics, reputation, LinkedIn, operations and customer relations.
POWR LEADS REVIEW
Frequency: Weekly
Time/Day: 2:30 p.m. MT on Friday
Duration: 30 minutes
Purpose: This is a collaborative meeting with POWR to review leads received and sales closed during the week.
