The Get Conversions product is new and still untried. Sophie Bebeau will be acting as product manager. Here are some notes about that relationship.


First, compensation. Sophie is a contractor. She will receive the following compensation per account for fulfilling this product:


$100 - Setup and installation

$30/month - Ongoing maintenance


Next, here are some operational notes:


  • Sophie will be serving as the product manager as these come in.
  • During the onboarding call, the customer will be able to choose from 5 apps: social icons, social content feed, contest popup, email capture, lead-capture popup.
  • Once the call is done, someone would notify POWR so they could create an account for the customer. Both us and the customer would have access to that account.
  • Sophie will build the apps in the customer's POWR account.
  • Once the apps are complete, Sophie would get the customer's approval before installation. This would be through an email with screenshots or by asking them to log into their POWR dashboard.
  • Once approval is granted, Sophie installs the apps.
  • Each month, Sophie will review the apps on a customer's website. She may activate a quarterly contest app. She may recommend a new app. She may send an email to the customer to provide proof points or validation to the service.
  • Any POWR app-related tickets that come through Freshdesk would be directed to Sophie, who would either answer the ticket or coordinate a fix with POWR.


And lastly, we will use the attached rate card to begin. However, consideration should be given to changes in prices as we move forward and become more experienced selling the product.
