This is an MLM business that provides health drinks and supplements. We have engaged with them to provide a social media marketing service to their distributors. Unfortunately, they have fallen on hard times financially.
First of all, I've attached their agreement to this Freshdesk Solution. But in short, they have agreed to pay $2,500/month for a social marketing program that includes both corporate marketing and distributor-level marketing. Each distributor pays $29/month for the program. Of that amount, Liv International receives $10, which is used to discount their monthly fee.

Because of recent financial troubles, Liv International has not been able to pay its bills. You will find a Freshdesk ticket detailing my decision to split their April payment between April and May. They will pay $1,155 for each payment. We will then provide service — excluding advertising — through the end of May. Lorinda will then reconnect with them to determine whether service should continue.
The account manager for Liv International is Lauren Newell. She will be meeting regularly with Liv as they determine the path forward.
