Get a list of existing contest accounts through the following steps:
Go to ‘Signups (CSV)’ in the backend
Use the select button to narrow down the list to just our contest customers. First, click Select. Click logic. Then, type ‘is active’. A second line should appear. Click select, then click label. Type ‘Contest Complete List’. A third line should appear. Click select, then click label. Type ‘opt out’, followed and use the options that appear to select and labels that exist for your contest. For this selection, click the X to exclude that group.
Select ‘full history’ on the right, and hit go. Download the list.
Go to “Execute Script” in the backend. Not everyone has access to this, but I know Sherry has access.
In the Execute Script app, use the dropdown menu to select “Copy App: Account IDs”.
Your source account is 70223. Use the name of your contest app. Then, copy the account numbers from the list that you downloaded.
Note: They will need to be separated by commas. To save yourself the trouble of adding them manually, open a word document, copy your list from the line on the Execute Script app, and use find and replace to add commas (find spaces, replace with commas and spaces)
