Step 1: Go to https://www.facebook.com/business-support-home/

Step 2: Select "Contact Support"


Step 3: Select the issue you are having on the right side. In this case I would select "Other Issues".


Step 4: Make sure you have your FB Business ID number handy. Typically there is a drop down for it (notice how on mine the Social5 one appears, you should see one for your page). Select your business ID then click "Select Issue". 

Step 5: Select "Other Business Manager Issue"


Step 6: Once you click these buttons it creates a chat. However, FB likes to make things extra difficult and it may say "Business support is not available for you here". What you will do is open up your PERSONAL Facebook page chat.
Step 7: You should see a chat started on your personal Facebook page now with Facebook support. In that chat message they will give you a case number you can reference (screenshot below for reference). Screenshot this case number and save it! This number is your lifeline if you have to reach back out to Meta regarding this issue. 


Something else to keep in mind is they may tell you, you can reference and check for your updates in "Your support cases" (screenshot below). Nothing ever pops up here. You will have to do all of your chats through your personal page. 



Step 8: Be prepared to push back a little if they say the case is closed, sometimes they close cases for no reason. You will have to be kind and a little pushy to get a resolution. Let them know that you are trying to have a second business connect to your account but your page is not receiving the request. You will need to follow up daily and reference your case number each time until it is resolved. 

I know this is a huge pain and extremely inconvenient.  I really appreciate your patience and understanding on this. I wish this was something we could fix but this is completely out of our control. I'd suggest opening up a chat today and follow up daily until it's resolved and please keep me posted!
