FAQs:

Q: If they are not connected to one or more of the social media platforms that are included in their packages at the time we're setting up schedulers, how do we make sure it gets done later?

A: The person responsible for connections knows they can turn it on and that's typically what happens. If not, they will notify us and we can take care of it. As a failsafe, in our note to them it's okay to say, "I saw that they also have LinkedIn but we don't have a connection yet. I left it off, so if you need me to jump back in to turn it on later, just let me know."

Q: Once the schedulers are set up, do we always only schedule one post for them? Which day is the post scheduled for?

A:  For PMI, we always just schedule one post on their next posting day. So, if we are setting it up on a Monday, we'd schedule their first post for Wednesday and then set the next schedule date for Thursday. (For standard accounts, we do it slightly differently.) Overnight, the system will cycle and it will schedule the remaining posts within the 7-day window. Technically, manually scheduling a post isn't necessary, we could in theory just turn the scheduler on and let it cycle over night, but we do it this way because it's nice to have one post in the queue when they receive account access.
