When a customer uploads a blog using our tool, it puts it into their queue and we even see it in the backend. It also makes a copy and saves it in WordPress. When it publishes, it drops into the history. A few key ways to tell if a blog in WordPress is from us or from the customer:

Customer generated does not
If the customer gets an error when publishing, check if there are emojis. Unfortunately, our system does not support emojis at this time and it triggers an error. Invite them to remove the emojis and try publishing the blog again.
