*Here are instructions for customers on how to reset their password for the preview tool.
* It is probably easiest to send the attached pdf. rather than trying to copy the below.
* There is also a canned response created, you can see that at the bottom of this page.
1. Go to the Social5 preview tool to log in, but instead of clicking “Sign In” you will enter your email associated to your Social5 preview tool and then click on Forgot password.
2. The next screen will show your email and you will click on “Reset Password” in the blue box.
3. Then a box will appear that says, “Password reset” We’ve sent you an email with a link to reset your password. Please check your email to continue. (Then check your email, spam, etc.)
If you are in a ticket and you want to reply with the canned response in a ticket you can do that too.
Just click on the canned response icon (comment bubble with star) and then search password reset and you will see it
