How To Download Contacts From The Social5 App (this could be sent to the customer for directions).

Here are the steps to download your email contacts from within your Social5 App

1.Log into your online account at social5.com/app (if you don't have a login or need it reset let us know)

2.Once inside the account you'll go to the button at the bottom of the page that looks like 2 people.

3. That will open a new window and at the top you'll see on the right a button called Tools, click that, and then you can click download contacts to get get your list.

4. The list will be emailed in a .csv file to the email your login is associated to within about 5 or 10 minutes.

5. That's it, you're all done!

*Internally you can also copy the list in the backend system under the contacts tab, but it's just the emails and if they have other contact info (names, phone number, etc.) saved it won't show up in this section.
